Build the outdoors as one complete space.
Ground Effects Landscapes brings design, stone, structures, water, planting and lighting together so the finished property feels intentional from the first step to the last view.

Good landscapes are layered, not pieced together.
The company’s published service range crosses landscape design, hardscape, structures, planting, irrigation, water and lighting. The strongest projects happen when those parts are planned as one system.

From Future Lawn to full landscape design-build.
Ground Effects’ published history traces owner Tim Kraemer’s business from Future Lawn in 1996, through Platinum Irrigation in 1999, into design-build landscaping in 2002. The company also developed the Special Events Centre on its West Grey property.
That history matters because it explains the breadth of the current service mix: this is not one isolated trade, but a business built around complete outdoor environments.
